- Team Self Defence – 2005 Korean Open
- International Bronze Medalist – Traditional Team Poomsae
- 5 x Australian Black Belt Lightweight Champion
- 8 x Victorian Black Belt Fighting Titles
- Werribee Academy of Taekwondo Fighter of the Year 1987, 1988 &1991

- Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy
- National Coach Accreditation Scheme (NCAS) level 1
- Advisor / Lecturer to Taekwondo Australia NCAS Courses
